Help CentreOnce you have re-joined or upgraded your ICA membership, you will receive an email from our digital badge partner 'diplomasafe' the email address will be 'noreply@diplomasafe.com'. You will be prompted to click a link to claim your badge. This can then be downloaded as a PDF Certificate and/or shared to your social media.
The link you originally receive will only be valid for a one time use. If you need to re-download or view your badge again, you will need to go to diplomasafe website, login using the email address associated with your ICA Learning hub and click 'reset my password', this will then prompt a link sent to your inbox and you can use this set up a new password.
