How do I access and submit my assessment?

How to Access Your Assessment

You can access your assessment via the Learning Platform.

  1. Navigate to the Assessment section and click the provided link.
  2. This will open your Assessments page. Click ‘View exam’ (note: all assessments are labeled as ‘Exam’).
  3. Carefully read the instructions, including the Terms and Acceptance section.
  4. Tick the box next to ‘I agree’ to proceed.
  5. Click ‘Start exam’ to begin.
  6. Download your question paper and save it to your device.
  7. Once saved, click the arrow icon (‘Resume later’) on the right-hand side of the screen to exit, then close the window.

Before You Submit Your Assessment:

  • Ensure your work is finalised and compiled as a single Microsoft Word document. PDF files will not be accepted.
  • Name your file using your Customer ID, which follows the format: A-BC-1234567.
    • Example: A-BC-1234567_Assess_1_Final
    • Do not include your name or any personal information in the file name or document.
  • Your submission must remain anonymous for marking. Ensure your name does not appear anywhere in the document.
  • Include your region/jurisdiction in the header of each page.
  • All work must be properly referenced in accordance with submission guidelines.
  • Late submissions will be subject to penalties. See the Penalties section for details.
  • The maximum file size is 5MB—files exceeding this limit cannot be uploaded.
  • Save your final document in an easily accessible location before uploading.

 How to Submit Your Assessment

  1. Return to the Assessment section on your Learning Platform.
  2. On the Assessments page, click ‘View exam’.
  3. Tick the box next to ‘I agree’, then click ‘Continue exam’.
  4. In the File Upload section, click ‘Upload’.
  5. Locate and select the correct file from your device.
  6. After uploading, verify the file name displayed on-screen.
    • You can download the uploaded file to double-check its accuracy.
    • If you need to replace it, click ‘X’ to remove the file and upload the correct one.
  7. Read and acknowledge the Declaration of Academic Integrity.
  8. When ready, click ‘Submit Answer’.
  9. Click ‘Continue to Submit Attempt’ (or click ‘Go Back to Questions’ if you need to make changes).
  10. Click ‘Submit Attempt’. Once submitted, you cannot retrieve or modify your submission.
  11. Close the window—your assessment has been sent for marking. You will no longer be able to access the exam.
