What is a Certified Practitioner Certificate and how to claim my Certificate

CPD is measured by the time spent undertaking a learning activity. ICA recommends a professional standard of 35 hours per year to maintain and enhance your expertise. A CPD year runs alongside your annual membership year. This starts and ends on the same day as your membership subscription year. Only CPD completed within this year will be considered as CPD achieved for that year. CPD hours carried out over the recommended annual requirement cannot be carried forward to the next CPD year

Once you have successfully completed and logged 35 hours worth of CPD in your Learning Hub. You will be able to claim your 'Certified Practitioner Certificate'. 

This will be sent to you from our digital partner 'diploma safe' within 5 working days of claiming.
