Help CentreWhen your result is ready, you will receive an email informing you that your mark and feedback are available to view on the ICA Learning Hub.
Log into the ICA Learning Hub. Go to 'My course & record of learning' and see 'Completed Courses'.
N.B. We are not able to give results over the telephone.
If your results do not appear in the Learning Hub, please ensure the following:
- Check the Timing: Results may not be available immediately. Please refer to the release date for the results of your course.
- Refresh the Page: Try refreshing the Learning Hub to see if your results appear.
- Check for System Updates: Occasionally, there may be system delays. Check for any announcements regarding updates or maintenance.
