Why can't I access my certificate?

If you are studying for a Certificate or Specialist Certificate, once you have successfully completed your assessment, the certificate link should appear underneath the link to your multiple-choice assessment in the relevant tab on the course page. 

If you are studying an Essentials course, you will need to tick the box to the right of the link to the session and this will generate your certificate in the 'Certificate' tab. 

For all Advanced Certificate, Diploma, Certified Practioner and Postgraduate Certificates, these will be released via email from DiplomaSafe.

If you have done the above and still can't see your certificate, please contact us via the Web Form.
